Wowness ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

- Health and wellness data you voluntarily enter (cycle tracking, mood check-ins, meal logs)
- Device information (device type, operating system version)
- Location data (only when you explicitly enable location access)
- Push notification tokens (only when you enable notifications)
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Provide and personalize the app experience
- Track your wellness patterns and provide insights
- Send reminders and notifications you have opted into
- Find nearby clinics and health services (when location is enabled)
- Improve our app and develop new features
3. Data Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase as our backend infrastructure, which provides row-level security and encrypted data storage. Your health data is private and only accessible to you.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. Your personal health data is never shared without your explicit consent.
5. Emergency Contacts
If you add emergency contacts, their names and phone numbers are stored securely and are only used to initiate calls or messages when you activate the SOS feature. We do not contact your emergency contacts without your action.
6. Location Data
Location access is optional and disabled by default. When enabled, your location is used only to find nearby clinics and health services. You can disable location access at any time from the app settings.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and view all data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Opt out of notifications at any time
- Disable location tracking at any time
8. Children's Privacy
Wowness is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
